Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Redwing Technologies LLC, operating Osint Daily (“Osint Daily”, “we”), handles personal information on osint-daily.com and related features. It covers visitors, newsletter subscribers, sponsorship and advertising contacts, and anyone who emails us.

We may collect:

• Contact details: your email address and any name or organization you provide when you sign up for updates, inquire about sponsorships, or contact support.
• Usage and analytics: pages viewed and similar metrics. The production site loads one Google Analytics tag and may record page views plus these events: newsletter signup, newsletter confirmation, a sponsorship inquiry click, a click through to a listed tool, and a click through to Rook Intelligence or Octoprobe.
• Messages: anything you send us, such as support emails, tool submissions, or sponsorship inquiries.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar information our hosting and security providers collect to operate and protect the Services.

If we offer paid features or sponsorship billing in the future, card details will be handled by our payment processor (such as Stripe); we will not store full card numbers.

We use this information to provide and secure the Services, send requested communications, process sponsorship or billing inquiries, and understand how the product is used. We do not sell personal information. Newsletter signup stores the address with our email provider and sends a confirmation first. The address is marked subscribed only after that link is opened.

The Osint Daily Directory lists OSINT tools, products, and related resources. Listings typically include tool names, descriptions, categories, links, and similar product information. They are not a people directory of private contact details.

Third-party tools and websites linked from the Directory are operated by others under their own privacy practices. We do not control those sites.

If you believe a listing is inaccurate, or you are the owner of a listed tool and want a correction, update, or removal, email support@osint-daily.com with the subject “Correct listing” or “Remove listing” and include the tool name and URL so we can find it.

We aim to respond within 30 days. After removal of a listing at a legitimate owner’s request, we may keep a minimal record of the request so the listing is not added back inadvertently.

We share information only with providers that help us run Osint Daily, under arrangements that limit their use of it, which may include:

• Our email delivery provider (such as Resend), to send newsletters and transactional email you request.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for the website.
• Google Analytics, for website analytics on the production site.
• Stripe or another payment processor, if and when paid features or sponsorship billing are offered.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

You can unsubscribe, or change which letters you get, from the link in those messages, or by contacting support@osint-daily.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. We honor these requests as described in this policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

We keep contact and account-related information while you remain subscribed or for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Analytics and technical logs are retained for a reasonable period needed to operate and secure the Services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is completely secure.

Osint Daily is available only to people aged 18 or older, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will provide notice by posting an updated date on this page and, where appropriate, by email or on the Services before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
