In short

Netlas is the internet-scan search published by Netlas LLC. On 20 Oct 2026 the homepage printed 745,884,275 active internet services, 2,863,332,986 domains in the current DNS collection, and 3,477,553,023 parsed SSL certificates. The Individuals pricing tab listed a free plan, Freelancer at $49.00 a month, and Business at $249.00 a month. The same rows printed annual figures of $40.83 and $207.50 a month. The app host did not finish loading, and /about/ returned 404. A row is a lead about a public service, not permission to test it.

Product pricing strategy

02

Free and paid

The Individuals tab on https://netlas.io/pricing/ on 20 Oct 2026 listed three paid-or-free columns and said prices are without taxes. Free is forever: 50 requests a day, up to 200 results a download, and the page's own figure of 2,5K search results a month. Freelancer is $49.00 a month, or $40.83 a month if paid annually. Business is $249.00 a month, or $207.50 a month if paid annually. Enterprise is a demo request with no dollar amount on that tab. The page also showed Teams and Community tabs. This listing quotes the Individuals column that was in view, not a price from a tab that was not opened. Educational and developer subscriptions are separate application paths on the same page, and neither printed a dollar amount.

Utility and features

03

The homepage at netlas.io describes search across internet scan data, DNS records, IP WHOIS, domain WHOIS, and SSL certificates. On 20 Oct 2026 it also printed 11,711,462 IP WHOIS records and 263,107,211 domain WHOIS records, beside the three larger counts in the answer. A separate sentence on that page said the passive scan identifies products and technologies from about 3 out of 4 host responses, and that the product version is recognized in about a third of cases. Those two approximations stay in the page's words. They are not a new percentage.

  • Three collection counts. On 20 Oct 2026 the homepage printed 745,884,275 active services, 2,863,332,986 DNS domains, and 3,477,553,023 SSL certificates. They stay as three sentences.
  • Individuals prices. Free, then Freelancer at $49.00 a month and Business at $249.00 a month. The annual lines on those rows were $40.83 and $207.50 a month.
  • No app result. The app host did not finish loading. The listing quotes the marketing site and the price table, not a search hit.

The same page says the scanners flag possibly vulnerable services and link out to external assessment tools. This listing does not repeat that path. Use a Netlas row the way you would use a Shodan or Censys row: to learn what a public host already answered to someone else's scan. The app host did not finish loading from this network, so there is no query result to quote. The footer names Netlas LLC.

  1. 1

Read the homepage count you mean, and leave the other counts in their own sentences.

  2. 2

Start on the free Individuals plan when the question is a small public lookup, and move to Freelancer or Business only when the printed quota is the limit you hit.

  3. 3

Treat a stored banner as a lead. Do not use it as permission to attack the host.

Caveats

04

A Netlas row describes a response someone else's scanner already stored. It is not authorization to probe the host, and it is not proof the service is still open. The homepage's vulnerability sentence points at external assessment tools. Do not turn this page into those steps.

The counts above are the homepage's on 20 Oct 2026. Do not add them together into a fourth census. The app host timed out, so no live query is claimed. https://netlas.io/about/ returned 404 and is not a citation. Teams and Community prices were not the column on screen. If a later visit opens those tabs, quote them on their own.

Potential use cases

06

  • A note is about to merge three homepage counts into one internet size. On 20 Oct 2026 netlas.io printed 745,884,275 active internet services, 2,863,332,986 domains in the current DNS collection, and 3,477,553,023 parsed SSL certificates, plus smaller WHOIS counts. Write the figure from the sentence you mean. The Individuals price tab is a separate page from those counts.
  • Someone wants the free plan described as the whole product. The Individuals tab listed Free at 50 requests a day, Freelancer at $49.00 a month, and Business at $249.00 a month, with annual lines of $40.83 and $207.50 a month, and said prices are without taxes. Teams and Community were other tabs. Quote the column that was open.
  • A stored banner is about to be briefed as permission to probe the host. The homepage says scanners can flag possibly vulnerable services and link to external assessment tools. This listing did not open the app, which timed out, and it does not repeat that path. A row is a lead about a public response.

Hard cases

The case where the first result is easy to over-read.

The app timeout becomes a hit

The app host did not finish loading, and https://netlas.io/about/ returned 404. A memo that quotes a live Netlas query from this review has invented the result. Cite the homepage counts and the Individuals prices, and say the query was not run.

Practitioners using it

Posts on X from people describing a concrete use. The quote is the post. Likes and reposts are the counts saved with it, not a live total. A label marks a creator, a maintainer, a vendor, a partner, a data partner, or an investor.
