In short

Vantor is the company formerly called Maxar Intelligence. Its public site describes high-resolution optical imagery, tasking, basemaps, and a software platform, including Tensorglobe, the Vantor Hub, WorldView, and Vivid. SecureWatch is named on the legal page as a legacy license, not as the current product. The homepage does not print a price. Access is a contract. A Vantor frame is a satellite observation of a place. It is not a face, and the vendor's own resolution claims are not an identification.

Product pricing strategy

02

Premium

The Vantor homepage opened on 16 Oct 2026 does not print a dollar price, a credit pack, or a self-serve checkout. WorldView, Vivid, Tensorglobe, and the Vantor Hub are described as products you gain access to, not as a public rate card. SkyFi's FAQ, a different vendor, quotes optical archive from providers including Vantor starting at $5 a square kilometre. That is SkyFi's rate, not a Vantor price list. Ask Vantor for the contract, and do not quote SecureWatch as the current plan.

Utility and features

03

vantor.com says the company anchors spatial data to imagery from the Vantor constellation and names the products on the homepage: Tensorglobe as the platform, the Vantor Hub for on-demand access to core products, WorldView for tasking, WorldView Radar as SAR from Umbra, and Vivid for basemaps, including 15 cm and 30 cm mosaics and terrain. The rebrand post on the same site says Vantor was Maxar Intelligence and points readers to vantor.com for the portfolio.

  • Maxar Intelligence is the old name. The rebrand post on vantor.com says the company was Maxar Intelligence.
  • Hub, WorldView, Vivid, Tensorglobe. Those are the product names on the homepage. SecureWatch is only in the legacy license list.
  • No public rate card. The homepage describes access and does not print a price. A reseller quote is a different document.

The legal page still hosts terms that used to live on maxar.com and digitalglobe.com. SecureWatch is in the legacy-license list, with instructions to email support@vantor.com for a copy. A third-party release note said MGP Pro had become Vantor Discover, and a designer's public write-up said MGP Pro had become the Vantor Hub. Those two sentences do not agree. This listing uses the names printed on vantor.com and does not pick a winner for the old MGP Pro label. No price card was on the homepage opened on 16 Oct 2026.

  1. 1

Use vantor.com for the current product names before you write Maxar or SecureWatch into a report.

  2. 2

Ask which contract you have if an old MGP Pro login now opens under a new label.

  3. 3

Record the sensing time and the product name on any frame you keep.

  4. 4

Use Umbra's own open-data page when the file is an Umbra open scene rather than a Vantor order.

Caveats

04

High-resolution optical imagery can show small objects. It still has a sensing time, a look angle, and clouds. The homepage's figures, including a claim about 30 cm collection, are the vendor's marketing numbers. Cite the frame you have, not the slogan.

SecureWatch is a legacy license on the legal page. Do not tell a reader to open SecureWatch. Do not rename MGP Pro to Discover or to the Hub unless the contract in front of you uses that name. WorldView Radar on this site is described as Umbra SAR. That is a Vantor resale path, not a substitute for reading Umbra's own open-data terms.

Potential use cases

06

  • A report still says SecureWatch or Maxar Intelligence. Open vantor.com and the legal page. The rebrand post says the company was Maxar Intelligence. SecureWatch is in the legacy-license list, with a support email for a copy of the old terms. Replace the product name with the one on the contract in front of you: Hub, WorldView, Vivid, or Tensorglobe. If the contract still says SecureWatch, quote the contract and say the public site treats that name as legacy.
  • Two secondary pages disagree about what MGP Pro became. One release note said Vantor Discover. A designer's write-up said the Vantor Hub. Do not pick a winner in the listing or in the report. Ask the account owner which name the login shows, and cite that screen. The homepage names are the ones this directory will repeat.
  • The frame is labeled WorldView Radar. The homepage describes that product as Umbra SAR sold through Vantor. Keep the Vantor order number and the Umbra sensor in the caption. If the file came from Umbra's open-data program instead, it is a different license and a different checkout. Do not paste a SkyFi dollar rate onto either path.

Hard cases

The case where the first result is easy to over-read.

A reseller rate is filed as Vantor's price

SkyFi's FAQ quotes optical archive from providers including Vantor starting at $5 a square kilometre. That sentence is SkyFi's. The Vantor homepage opened on 16 Oct 2026 did not print a price. If the invoice is SkyFi's, say so. If the invoice is Vantor's, attach the quote. A 15 cm or 30 cm mosaic claim on the homepage is a product class, not the resolution of the frame in your folder unless the file's own metadata says it.

Questions

Is Vantor free?

The homepage does not show a free tier or a price. It reads as contracted access. Do not invent a fee.

Is SecureWatch still the product name?

The legal page lists SecureWatch as a legacy license. The homepage uses Tensorglobe, the Vantor Hub, WorldView, and Vivid.
