Forensic OSINT
Web-capture product with a free tier and a published Elite price.
Published by TwiceSafe Software Solutions Inc..
In short
Forensic OSINT is a web-capture product from TwiceSafe Software Solutions Inc. The site describes a Chrome extension that saves pages and produces signed PDF evidence. The pricing page says you can start free, with 100 captures a year. Essential, Elite, and Elite Assisted Capture list unlimited captures a year. Through 31 October, Elite Assisted Capture is $1,699 a year or $159 a month, then $2,097 a year for new subscriptions. A capture is the page the tool saved. It is not a warrant.
Product pricing strategy
02
Free and paid
Forensic OSINT says you can start free. On the pricing page, Free is 100 captures a year and an expand-and-capture limit of 4 scrolls. Essential, Elite, and Elite Assisted Capture list unlimited captures a year, with expand-and-capture limits of 20, 500, and 500 scrolls. The published money figure is the Elite Assisted Capture introduction, through 31 October: $1,699 a year or $159 a month. The page says a subscription started by that date keeps the rate, and that new subscriptions afterward are $2,097 a year. It does not print a dollar price for Essential or for Elite without the assisted add-on. Agencies buying 20 or more Elite licenses are told to contact sales. Quote the table, not a guessed middle tier. The date on the introduction matters.
Utility and features
03
Forensic OSINT sells capture and preservation. The homepage says the tool captures pages as seen, can expand comments, and generates a digitally signed PDF, then organizes the files into cases. It says the cloud option is managed Azure in the United States, and it offers a free Chrome extension install. The company name in the footer is TwiceSafe Software Solutions Inc.
- Capture, then a package. The homepage describes full-page capture, expanded comments, and a signed PDF organized into a case.
- A free cap, then unlimited. Free is 100 captures a year on the pricing table. The other three columns say unlimited captures a year.
- One printed price. Elite Assisted Capture has the introduction price and the later annual price. The other paid columns do not show a dollar amount.
The pricing page is a four-column table: Free, Essential, Elite, and Elite Assisted Capture. Number of captures per year reads 100, then Unlimited, Unlimited, Unlimited. Expand and capture, measured as max scrolls, reads 4, 20, 500, and 500. The only dollar amounts printed for a plan are the Elite Assisted Capture introduction: $1,699 a year or $159 a month through 31 October, kept for the life of the account if you subscribe by then, and $2,097 a year for new subscriptions after that date. Volume discounts at 20 or more Elite licenses are contact sales. Essential and Elite seat prices are not printed as dollar amounts on that table. The capture application itself was not open on the public pages.
- 1
Read the pricing table and match the capture cap to the case before you install the extension.
- 2
If you need the assisted plan at the introduction rate, read the 31 October condition on the page. After that date the page lists a higher annual price.
- 3
Keep the signed PDF with the URL and the time you captured. A capture proves what the tool saved, not who owns the account you were looking at.
- 4
For a page that has already disappeared, use the Wayback Machine. This product captures pages you can still open.
Caveats
04
The public Forensic OSINT pages are the marketing site and the plan table. The capture application was not reviewed from inside an account, so this listing does not describe buttons it has not used. The integrity claims, including a digitally signed PDF, are the vendor's description of the file. Test them on a page you control before you rely on them in a case.
Free is not unlimited. The table says 100 captures a year and 4 scrolls of expand-and-capture. A capture shows what was saved, not who wrote the post and not that a comment thread was complete if the scroll limit cut it. The October price change is real on the page. Quote the date with the dollar amount. Hunchly is the other capture product in this directory, with its own published annual price.
Potential use cases
06
- A small matter needs a few saved pages and you want the vendor's cap in writing. The pricing table says Free is 100 captures a year and an expand-and-capture limit of 4 scrolls. If the case is larger, the other columns say unlimited captures a year and higher scroll limits. Install only after that arithmetic works. A capture still has to be a page you are allowed to open.
- Counsel wants the assisted plan at the introduction price. The page says Elite Assisted Capture is $1,699 a year or $159 a month through 31 October, and $2,097 a year for new subscriptions after that, if you did not lock the earlier rate. Read that sentence on the day you subscribe. Volume discounts at 20 or more licenses are contact sales. Do not invent an Essential or Elite seat price. The table does not print one.
- You already have a SingleFile HTML copy and someone asks for a signed PDF package. That is the job the Forensic OSINT homepage describes. Keep both files and say which tool produced which. Wayback Machine covers a page that is already gone. This product does not fetch a historical copy you never opened.
Hard cases
The case where the first result is easy to over-read.
The free scroll limit cut off the thread
Expand and capture on the free column stops at 4 scrolls. A long comment thread continues past that. The PDF looks finished. Say how many scrolls the plan allowed and that the rest of the thread was not in the file. Either move to a column whose table cell allows more scrolls, or capture the remainder as separate pages and label them. Do not describe a truncated save as the whole conversation.
Questions
Is Forensic OSINT free?
There is a free column: 100 captures a year on the pricing page. Paid columns list unlimited captures. The printed dollar price is Elite Assisted Capture, $1,699 a year or $159 a month through 31 October.
Does a capture prove who posted the page?
No. It is a record of the page the tool saved, with the integrity features the vendor describes. Authorship is a separate fact.
